Deed of Trust document must include the following:
- Trustees’ details, full name + address + tin number + occupation. Ensure trustees full names are the same with ID and Deed of Trust
- Church “Name” Trust Deed
- Location (village, district, province, address)
- Term of appointment of the appointed Trustees
- Date document
- Signatures of the Trustees to be witnessed by a solicitor
- The signatures and the witnessing to be done correctly
- Attach a Statutory declaration form (signed & witnessed by solicitor if name of Trustee on deed of trust is different from ID)
- Attach letter from the Head Church that they are aware of this deed being registered and they have objection to this deed being registered
- Minutes of the meeting (Clearly state Trustees were appointed by the Members)
- Tin letter
- Attach certified copies of ID’s of the Trustees
- Provide Statutory Declaration ( Stating the trust is their 1st, 2nd or 3rd registration and the Trustees were appointed by the Members)
- Attach certified copy of Title if mentioned in deed
- If a trustee passes away, and the deed is still active (term of appointment has not expired) provide copy of death certificate
- $2.30 registration fee
