Lodgments and payments during COVID-19 restrictions

This is to inform that all Registrar of Companies related queries can be for forwarded to our respective support emails:

1. Queries related to payments : roc.payments@govnet.gov.fj

2. Queries related to eProfile : roc.eprofile@govnet.gov.fj

3. General enquires support.roc@justice.gov.fj

You must provide the following details in your email so we can assist you better;
For account setup:
- Username (Email address)
- Full Name
- Birth Registration Number (BRN)
- Entity name/number (if ROC PASS related)
Application follow up include:
- Application Reference number (Issued upon online submission such as ‘FBR2022080887-42534253’)
- Contact detail (valid phone number)
Purpose: specify detail (example: registration issue, e-profile activation, forgot password, renewal, cessation or any other) and attach screenshot if necessary.
